D. W. Kozera, Inc. takes the “guess” work out of the underground below your project site by:
- Providing an accurate geologic interpretation of the underground site conditions.
- Applying the principles of soil mechanics and practical construction techniques, and providing technically appropriate and cost-effective foundation solutions.
- Working closely with the entire project team, resulting in an earthwork and foundation package which is buildable and efficient.
- Assisting contractors during below grade construction with the development of the most efficient solutions when unexpected subsurface conditions are encountered.
D. W. Kozera, Inc. believes that construction inspection services are a continuation of design services. Therefore, we only provide inspection services on projects where we are the design geotechnical engineer on record.
