The Exelon Development and Plaza garage project is located in Harbor Point, downtown Baltimore, Maryland. D.W. Kozera, Inc. collaborated with Beatty Development Group LLC on the project and provided geotechnical engineering services throughout design and construction. This 23-story mixed-use property is the regional office for Exelon Corporation. With over 440,000 of office space, 1305 Dock Street apartments, 38,500 square feet of retail space and 750 parking spaces, this project is part of three phases including three million total square feet.

DWK provided dynamic pile testing and reports (PDA Testing) and CAPWAP Analysis throughout different phases of the Exelon project. DWK’s work and collaboration with the project team throughout the design and construction helped create this stunning project of Harbor Point that is a leading example of sustainable building practices and provides the Exelon office and exclusive waterside retreat views for residents of 1305 Dock Street.
